Vaccine arrived hot and was informed it was not their responsibility to assure vaccine is shipped to arrive at appropriate temperature to be effective. Very poor customer service.

I love this place! I love the clearance bin the most!!! And the next best thing, ok or maybe tied for first is the sheer knowledge of the staff. They know what they have, or know who to ask or where to find it. That is the most valuable thing they have, a strong caring staff. You know they care about your animals. I have visited several times while visiting my mom and dad. My service dog is on a special diet. I have asked them to try to locate his kibble or something like it, they may not have what he needs, but they find one close! I also appreciate the huge selection of dog accessories, toys and everything a dog mom could want. I got some holiday shopping done for not a ton of money. Whenever I am in town I always pop in.

I just received my second order from Jeffers (last year was the first). My order was placed online on 11/2/23 and delivered via Fedex the next day! Astonished by their service. Beats delivery times by Chewy (which is fast) and Amazon prime for critter orders.

I dont know what is going on with Jeffers, I have ordered from them for years, but the last two orders have been utter disasters. I only received part of my most recent order and reached out for over two weeks to try to get it resolved. At one point they tried to tell me that I hadnt paid for my 7 horse dewormers and I wasnt charged. I promptly pulled up my credit card charge and sent screenshots showing i had in fact ordered them and was charged . This entire time i have received the worst and most unprofessional customer service . I still have not received my dewormers, but instead was resent the vaccines i ordered. Not even an apology or a hi kathryn on any communication . I dont know if they are seriously incompetent or they just are flat out rude. Needless to say they have now lost me as a customer and I dont recommend anyone use them. Oh and management will never call you back.

I ordered the puppy vaccine pac which apparently was low stock when I placed my order but after not receiving it yet still being charged for it am having a very hard time getting my refund on product that I never received. I have been ordering from them for 20 plus years and never had a problem. Please help.

I am so happy to learn Jeffers is located in Alabama. I have shopped there for years. I own both a dog and two cats. I cannot find a slot or category slot to order doa and cat supplies. Maybe because it is Sunday???

Jeffers has EVERYTHING that I need for all of my pets and livestock. Their customer service is unbeatable. They care about each costumer and that they receive what they need. All my orders are shipped promptly. I really appreciate this company being there when I need items quickly to treat my livestock. I have received cold vaccines from them to Florida and they have been packed carefully to stay cold which is very important to me.

Terrible experience. Placed an order online. Received an e-mail that asked me to call to confirm my order. I called, there was no answer after sitting on hold so I sent an e-mail to Selena. She responded saying they were busy (ok, understood). She needed me to confirm the order which I did. Then she emailed me again saying she needed me to confirm delivery address, billing address, name & last 4 digits of my credit card. I responded immediately with that info. About a week later I decided to check the status of my order. The "tracking" link on my order said, "not found". I e-mailed Selena directly inquiring about this. NO response... waited a few days, e-mailed Selena again. No response. Called this morning, no answer on Selena's line. Someone else picked up said she said she sees my oder was "voided", 8 days after I sent the e-mail confirming my info. I never received an e-mail telling me the order was cancelled nor did I ever receive a receipt of the refund on my card. Here I was waiting for my order to arrive with no knowledge it was voided! This lady tried calling Selena several times while we were on the phone & she could not get an answer either. Very poor service. This was my first & last time using this company.

I have been a Jeffers Pet customer for 27 years. I always received excellent customer service and in all these years I had only one product issue that was resolved with superior customer service follow up and communication. It is wonderful to know that a company that has been around for a long time keeps being its very best and more year after year. Thank you so much, Nette

A one star rating is way to high for this company. I ordered a product. It posted as delivered but I did not receive it. E-mailed Jeffers and was told they are not responsible for packages that scanned as delivered and it was my responsibility to knock on doors in town to see who got my package. I will never order from them again. The worst excuse for customer service I have ever experienced. They need to take lessons from companies like Revival, Petedge and Chewy. Unless you have money to throw away on packages not delivered, do not order from this company.In addition, This is the response I received when I informed Jeffers my package was not delivered.(Hello, We are not a carrier, and once the package leaves our facility, this is the customer responsibility. We cannot drive states away and look for it either. Please reach out to your carrier, as they know who was on that route that day. Trust us, you contacting your local UPS facility, is a lot faster than the 2 week claim we file, and UPS still has to come to your door and talk to you. Which customer do not realize, if UPS does not get in contact with the customer, they close the claim without resolution. Thank you, Jeffers Pet ) I feel everyone should have this information before they order.

I have been using this company for year's but unfortunately that 6 months they have become very terrible.The customer service is bad.They do not respond to emails or texts.I called them for a blanket I did not receive.They were to have a manager Stephanie call me and give me a refund.Neither happened.Time to start taking my business elsewhere.I'm also going to contact the BBB.

This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Your site kept glitching, then after many attempts it is finally a successful purchase and then my payment posted and then you call asking for my card # to confirm before shipping. Not okay. I asked for a complete return. Your person on the phone then acted like it would take a week to get my money back and her voice was filled with doubt like I wouldn't get my money back. Very unprofessional and aggravating experience.

The order was returned and received 4 days after receipt. They have strung me along for 6 weeks stating they had not received it. Had to get UPS to issue the return info ticket. Now am wondering if I will receive the refund they said they processed in a timely manner.

I'm so disappointed in JeffersEquine I usually love this store it's a favorite of mine I literally drive over an hour to go and today we went to see the remodel and to do some shopping and the prices are not near as good, they took away the sale barn and everything is labeled with either no price or the wrong price they literally argued with me about what the tag said and what it was ringing up like I know what the price in front of the item said ? even after she went and looked at it and saw it was labeled wrong she said "well everyone knows how much these cost" like ? for yall I thought maybe it was a sale. They use to be so awesome Jeffers Retail & Feed
