The store was nicely layed out and the staff was friendly. My visited return an item was able to do so without any difficulty.

Grabbed some socks for my son and me and the salon did the a great job on the wife's hair. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Just not fond of how the cashier's are being forced to push credit card offers.

Shopping was okay. Paying was an endurance contest. Only three departments had cashiers, and all lines were long. Historically, I've enjoyed JCPENNEY, and now it makes me sad.
