I just got my haircut and the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because the girl who cut my hair was super nice.My hair was mutilated on one side in the back was totally different on the other side in the back.Front was fine .Going to have to wear my hair wavy until it grows back.Wont be able to flat iron it.Will not go back.Also left a 15 dollar tip.Should have looked at the back before l left but honestly she wouldn't have been able to fix it without being cut back way short.

Went and got my hair cut yesterday the lady did a excellent job I highly recommend going there to get a haircut I had a lot of knots and tangles in my long hair and the stylist knew exactly what to do and how to take care of that my hair looks great now and feels so much better now and no more knotsServices: Shampoo & conditioning

Poor customer service. Went to purchase six packages of socks for my husband that normally costs $21 per 6/pack. Available online at jcpenny.com for $15.75. Said they would not honor the price. Left it there and ordered it from the car. Found a code that gave me an additional $38 off. Loving jcpenny.com , the store... not so much.

Went in to get my hair trimmed & French braided. $45! Crazy! My husband will trim it next time before I pay THAT price for a straight across trim of JUST LENGTH & a simple French braid. Lady who.did it was nice, but jeez!

I've never given a review but felt this was needed. They Need to have someone in charge overseeing their employees. Girl that did my hair did more visiting and talking to others or disappeared thru the back for 30min at the time while I sat in the chair half finished. She was even seen strolling thru the mall while I sat with chemicals in my hair. I sat in that chair for 7 hours. 7 HOURS only to end up with orange hair. she said they forgot to add something to the toner.

In love with the bayalage treatment I had done by Samantha. She went the extra mile to make sure it came out just right. I've been putting off getting it done for so long because I was so nervous it would not come out the way I wanted. I could not be happier. Thank you, Samantha!
