Had a 10:30 appt this morning for drop off ,as of this post we are still waiting almost an hour later,what is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait this long .Sad customer Service isn't what it used to be.Jackson Hewitt you can do better.

I’ve been filing with Jackson Hewitt for about 4 years now & I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly & I always receive my taxes on time. The process is simple as well. I normally sit there and wait…but this year I dropped it off and I received the same results as if I was there. I pray this location is here for a long time because I love them❤️

We always have had great people doing our taxes at Jackson Hewlett. The only issued we had was in the last 3 have always been approved for the refund advance. This year we weren't even though we had no changes. Next year we will also use JH
