Great experience! Jamie was wonderful and a source of knowledge getting our taxes done. The wait time was longer than expected but it's understandable and the wait is forth having someone help my husband and I to get out taxes filed correctly and in a timely manner.

I walked into H&R Block and left without them doing any work for me. I heard their rep Jamie Sanchez bad mouthing other customers and businesses in town. I’ve never heard a “professional” drop f-bombs like this woman. H&R Block is the McDonald’s of the tax industry. Take your business elsewhere.

The woman who first prepared my taxes did not understand “the program” or so she claimed and was googling how to do it on her computer in front of me. She was even asking me certain questions that I had no idea of knowing since I do not obviously work for H&R Block. I had cryptocurrency and she had zero clue how to enter it in and she told me herself she didn’t and that she’d have to research how to. I ended up getting my taxes back all messed up and told her I would go elsewhere. Only reason I rate this a 3 is because I was recommended to go back to a DIFFERENT preparer named Jamie S. and she did an excellent job and reassured my worries concerning my tax questions. She got the job done quickly and did not stretch it out like the previous woman. I definitely recommend Jamie but that’s the only person I trust there.
