I try not to do too many negative reviews. However, when ever experience with employees is horrible I can't avoid voicing my opinion. Upon entering the "greeter" couldn't even force a smile. Being a first time customer the store looked bare. Items missing, shelves empty, etc. I finally decided on crochet items for my wife. When I asked the "co-manager" about what I should be looking for her response was "I don't work in this department just filling shelves. Go ask at the fabric table." So, I go find the fabric table wait to get helped which I'd ok there was someone ahead of me. When I asked the guy what he recommended he looked at me like I have 3 heads and said you'd have to look on the shelves. Obviously I don't know what I am looking for or I wouldn't have asked. Anyways, awesome customer service. This experience has solidified my decision to be Michael's or ANY local hobby crafts store customer. Thanks!
