I keep getting email from the company asking how my recent purchase went, and requesting I post a review. Well, I've never purchased anything from the company and it is very disconcerting to get emails like this - is someone stealing my identity? I called Corporate and I called the store directly. They said that there is nothing they can do to track down why I'm getting the emails ... their system doesn't support that functionality. IMHO this is inexcusable.

I ordered a Nike Outfit and it still had the anti theft alarms on it. This has happened twice and I had to drive 35 minutes away to another store and have them removed. That's not convenient

Ordered my daughter shoes in the store a week ago,shoes haven't arrived still,call customer service and another Hibbett since Dothan Alabama in the mall Hibbetts didn't answer the phone after 36 calls back to back,just to hear the order number was not valid,I want my kids shoes please ?
