“Excellent company that backs their products. We had over head door spring break while we were installing it ourselves. They said that happens sometimes and brought us new one, installed themselves and hauled off broken one free of charge. Will definitely use them again!”

“We had an awesome experience with some great associates. They are extremely well trained in their job. The cashier was very friendly and she even called a guy named Kenny to help us bring in a generator that we was exchanging. He was very friendly in helping us unload ours and load another one up for us. Him and another guy even checked out the one we was getting in exchange for the one we had. These associates are very patient and need to get recognized for going above and beyond in helping us. It was an very friendly and easy exchange. Thank you for all that y'all do. “Excellent service! After months of delays with a brick order with Whatley Supply that caused our new construction to come to a standstill for weeks, we asked ACME for their help. Within a week, they had our order delivered and our brick looks fantastic! Our only regret is not having gone with them from the beginning!”

“I live in AZ, but needed to buy materials for a flooring install in AL. I am military, but their system is set up to validate the ID in the store. Jim at the Dothan store was beyond helpful in getting this done for me. He also explained products and calculated materials for me. This was not one, but 5 or 6 phone calls and he never once sounded anything but excited to help. These days any help is hard to find, but good help is rare indeed. Thanks, Jim! You're a gem.”
“I had an A/C unit capacitor that went bad on a Friday and needed the part "right now" VS calling a HVAC service tech to come out and charge 400 dollars for a 20 dollar part. The people at Johnstone Supply were helpful, friendly, and appeared knowledgeable on what they were selling. I brought the bad capacitor into the store and the employee took a quick look at it, went to a shelf and picked out the replacement part. It's refreshing to see employees who still know something about the parts and what they stock instead of relying totally on what the computer tells them.I would recommend them to anyone in the area!”

“I received excellent service from Paul in the plumbing department with help buying all the items needed for a total bathroom remodel. He asked Eleese ( not sure of spelling) for assistance but she was rude! Paul eventually was able to get another man (Andrew ?) to assist. Paul, a 71 year old man, couldn't do it all by himself because the hot water heater and shower unit was a two man job. I appreciate Paul sticking with it, even after an assistant manager called him on the phone to shout at him about stocking shelves. (I could hear her over the phone). I also appreciate Marie in Customer Service for ringing us out and Ms. Ronni assisting with loaded into our truck. Thanks again for your help! And to Elise ( not sure if spelling) in appliances - You are a very rude Lowe's employee and should be nicer to paying customers!”
“I came by here today and I cannot believe how absolutely massive the store is, there's just something very charming about it as well. It is very open and has just about everything you could possibly imagine from tractor tires to live little chickens to Candy.I was really disappointed to see that they did not sell hot tamales but instead they sold cinnamon bears which are God's worst mistake.However, I was really impressed it just how large and well organized this door was, the staff is very happy and friendly as well and they must get lots of steps in everyday walking all over this giant store.”

“Had a issue with my pro account and still do at the moment being changed to a DIY account so he made a call to the reps on the phone and stood by so make sure they are taking all the necessary steps to correct the issue which they have started a process to recover my pro account just waiting at this time I spoke with Sarah then Loyld in home depot recovery department they say they never had this happen so they are waiting to hear from I.T but long story short but long lol Joseph L Walker 3rd pro account sales associate did a great job assistancing me thanks home depot for hiring some associates that care about more than just a pay check.”
“Serena at the Dothan store help me on a phone call and so far every trip I've made has been more successful than Lowe's somehow they always got what I need and I got some weird projects”

“I always have a wonderful experience every time I visit this Ace Hardware. The folks there are always friendly and eager to help. I got some plants for my dog's grave today, and I also stocked up on batteries for Hurricane Season. Katie helped me today both times I went in, and she was just wonderful! She is so nice and friendly and it seems like she truly loves and enjoys her job. If this world were full of people like Katie we'd all have it made. Maybe that's what makes Ace so special, because they have plenty of people like Katie working there. Thank You for you hard work, and I really enjoy going to your store. Have a wonderful day!”
