“Excellent company that backs their products. We had over head door spring break while we were installing it ourselves. They said that happens sometimes and brought us new one, installed themselves and hauled off broken one free of charge. Will definitely use them again!”

“Excellent service! After months of delays with a brick order with Whatley Supply that caused our new construction to come to a standstill for weeks, we asked ACME for their help. Within a week, they had our order delivered and our brick looks fantastic! Our only regret is not having gone with them from the beginning!”
“I live in AZ, but needed to buy materials for a flooring install in AL. I am military, but their system is set up to validate the ID in the store. Jim at the Dothan store was beyond helpful in getting this done for me. He also explained products and calculated materials for me. This was not one, but 5 or 6 phone calls and he never once sounded anything but excited to help. These days any help is hard to find, but good help is rare indeed. Thanks, Jim! You're a gem.”
“Michael Chambers was extremely helpful. I am a pro and my order was changed last minute to be delivered by another store creating conflict with the scheduled work order. Michael Chamber went out of his way to contact the delivery to calm my anxiety of my order being delivered late. He communicated and promised to resolve my issues late. As a business owner I would like to first hand Thank him for his efforts. I am a few weeks late with my review but great job. Owner of DuPont Roofing Systems.”
“I had an A/C unit capacitor that went bad on a Friday and needed the part "right now" VS calling a HVAC service tech to come out and charge 400 dollars for a 20 dollar part. The people at Johnstone Supply were helpful, friendly, and appeared knowledgeable on what they were selling. I brought the bad capacitor into the store and the employee took a quick look at it, went to a shelf and picked out the replacement part. It's refreshing to see employees who still know something about the parts and what they stock instead of relying totally on what the computer tells them.I would recommend them to anyone in the area!”
“David at appliances was the best of the best. We bought a dishwasher and the associate that sold it to us, didn’t notice that it has been sold. We waited for more than 30 minutes for anyone to bring the dishwasher until a girl associate told me they couldn’t find the dishwasher and to go and look for the associate that sold it to me? at this point I was getting really upset. So I went back and tried to locate the associate but couldn’t find him. Another girl told me he has gone to lunch and she couldn’t do anything about it ? so I said to her “so I’m supposed to wait for him until he comes back from lunch? You guess it I went off and told them that if I had a business and ran it like them I would have no business. That’s when David came in and told me that he would do whatever it took for me to choose dishwasher and take home. He offered me $75-$100 about what I paid for the one I had bought. He stayed with me and loaded on my truck and all. David deserves the best customer service award and a pay raise. We don’t get this type of customer service anymore and Lowe’s should make sure he is rewarded for it. Mrs Machado”
“I came by here today and I cannot believe how absolutely massive the store is, there's just something very charming about it as well. It is very open and has just about everything you could possibly imagine from tractor tires to live little chickens to Candy.I was really disappointed to see that they did not sell hot tamales but instead they sold cinnamon bears which are God's worst mistake.However, I was really impressed it just how large and well organized this door was, the staff is very happy and friendly as well and they must get lots of steps in everyday walking all over this giant store.”
“Had a issue with my pro account and still do at the moment being changed to a DIY account so he made a call to the reps on the phone and stood by so make sure they are taking all the necessary steps to correct the issue which they have started a process to recover my pro account just waiting at this time I spoke with Sarah then Loyld in home depot recovery department they say they never had this happen so they are waiting to hear from I.T but long story short but long lol Joseph L Walker 3rd pro account sales associate did a great job assistancing me thanks home depot for hiring some associates that care about more than just a pay check.”

That is hard to find now and days. Willie is a great asset to your store and I hope he is recognized for his hard work. “I always have a wonderful experience every time I visit this Ace Hardware. The folks there are always friendly and eager to help. I got some plants for my dog's grave today, and I also stocked up on batteries for Hurricane Season. Katie helped me today both times I went in, and she was just wonderful! She is so nice and friendly and it seems like she truly loves and enjoys her job. If this world were full of people like Katie we'd all have it made. Maybe that's what makes Ace so special, because they have plenty of people like Katie working there. Thank You for you hard work, and I really enjoy going to your store. Have a wonderful day!”
