Both of my boys went get there hair cut!! Both gave clear directions on what they wanted. Neither got what they wanted. Never again. They are not skilled enough. We went to another place to fix my youngest. But my oldest had nothing to work with at all. Sad. Cuts were uneven and one of the cuts was supposed to be a fade and clearly they didn’t know what he was talking about. They all need to be retrained.

Older lady that cut my hair needs to retire. Had to use electric Scissors because her hands evidently don't work anymore. Cut 6 inches off my long hair and it isn't even straight. Hopefully find a real beautician Tuesday and get my hair straightened out. Lucky I feel sorry for her or I would be Sueing Great Clips.

Ruined my hair
My hair is my life
I’ve been here before had a good experience but this time she didn’t want to listen to me at all
She got upset with me
Told her to not cut passed the ears and she just chopped off all the hair around my ears
Only on one side left the other side alone
I’m sooo embarrassed and insecure now that my hair is messed up

The person we had did not sweep up the previous client’s hair unlike the other workers. That made me wonder what else she is cutting corners on in cleaning scissors and combs etc
