“I rarely write reviews, but this magnesium mist deserves the hype! The primary reason I tried this product was to address chronic, deep knee pain stemming from a shattering injury years ago. Whenever the pain gets too bad, a few sprays rubbed into the area offers reliable, soothing relief that helps me move and sleep better. It's effective, fast-acting, and avoids the need for pain medication.

But the benefits don't stop there. It also helps:
-Kid calming and growing pains: My kids respond well to this. It works wonders for calming them when they are wild or overstimulated, and when they're having trouble settling down. My oldest gets horrible growing pains that wake him up. It's miraculous how quick the pain subsides! I mean I am talking 15 seconds max!

-Migraine relief: When I feel a migraine coming on, spraying a bit on my neck and temples provide immediate tension relief that truly seems to shorten the duration and severity of the headache.

-Natural deodorant: Just trust me lol. I was skeptical too, but spraying it in my armpits completely takes the need for deodorant away. Over the summer, I put it to the test and was mind blown with how I didn't stink after sweating outside in the miserable heat. It keeps me fresh and odor-free all day without the harsh chemicals found in standard deodorants.
