About FITNESS ADVANTAGE Fitness 4 Ladies

We are a small personalized gym. We teach a large variety of group classes, as well as offering Bootcamp programs. We offer personal training and group training. The only all ladies gym in the Wiregrass. We have over 36 years in the industry. No other gym specializes in fitness for women like us! We also offer massage therapy, sports therapy, red light therapy and cupping.
