    Been here 3 months and it’s been nice office staff is very nice the the maintenance crew are nice, pools are clean, laundry rooms are always clean the grounds are mowed weekly, no trash around cause it’s collected several time a week, it’s a quiet place to live.

    Quick response to service request.
    I had 2 service requests and they were attended to promptly and solutions were provided.

    Pools are closed most of the time. Doesn't seem like their maintenance knows how to maintain a pool.
