I called and talked to Zack thinking I needed a transmission. He had me bring it in. When I arrived he met me with a handshake and a smile and said let’s look at your truck. He diagnosed that my transmission was not bad and that I had another issue.(which he does not perform) He advised me of another local shop that I could use. I went here expecting to have to replace my transmission. He did not have to tell me that my transmission wasn’t the problem. He didn’t even charge me for the diagnosis. I would highly recommend Zack and Dothan transmission to anyone. Their character and honesty were tested and they passed with flying colors!! Please do business with this family owned and operated business. Thank you Zack and Dothan transmission!!!

Zach and Gary are some of the best in the automotive industry took multiple vehicles to them over the years had a truck on one occasion was concerned with how it was running as it was under powered with slow shifts and a shutter Zach was more than happy to drive it and was more than honest and told me transmission was fine to do a full tune up most guys in the business are in it for the money not these they take pride in bein honest upfront individuals that stand behind what they do and say would highly recommend!
