I purchased a 2010 Ford Expedition in October 2023. December 2023 it jumped time they so called fixed the issue I told them it still was not running correctly. May 2024 I took the vehicle back because of transmission going out on it. They mechanic told me I should have been taking better care of the vehicle. I had that vehicle less than 6 months and it was in the shop more than I drove it. I let them keep it because they said it was not worth fixing. Now they plan on reselling the same vehicle. I told them I wa not going g keep making payments on a vehicle I could not even drive

Well, I hate to even think negativity right now, much less speak it on anyone else. That’s being said the sales reps were awesome and to me and my daughter believe, hmmm they tried and almost got away with it lastly we curl up went for drive and it was spins crazy stuff

Have a great selection of vehicles! Some are diamonds in the rough, but with TLC will be a reliable vehicle! I bargained and received a good deal and a reasonable monthly payment for only 24 months! Owner was easy to talk to and willing to wheel and deal!!! TRY THEM OUT...

I paid on my car for one year and had a stroke and they let me have (3) months And then start my payments back up ( BUT) After I made The November payment (3) day's later they trying to repossess the car for the (3) months back payment that they gave me off making a payment need to say that they didn't get the car and still don't have it they lied to me And then tried to get the car back so that they can resale it again they're never see that car ? again or get the money ????? for it for it is 700 miles away from Dothan al.that is what happens to some one thats trying to screw someone

Personally, I haven't purchased anything at this place and never will especially after seeing the horrible pictures shown to us by a sweet, young lady we met on yesterday 11/20/23. The vehicle is a terrible piece of junk. She has had the problem vehicle for approximately 6 months, and she's still trying to get it fixed and running. I dare these so call salesman take advantage of an innocent person who is trying to survive to just make her life better. Let me just warn All You Guys: Places such as this one, buy cars from auctions, but never have those vehicles service, but sale to customer at high prices. Customers, you are better off buying from the Lemon Lot located on Westgate because they are personally owned and most of the vehicles are in better shape than those from places like Easy Finance I know exactly what I'm talking about. I've been down that road beforey Pastor and I will be meeting with the young lady we met yesterday, and we are going to sit down with her, and make a trip to Easy Finance to discuss the matter, pray we can resolve this issue, then move forward from there. Innocent people who are trying to live shouldn't be taken advantage of.

I would strongly advise anyone that is thinking of purchasing a vehicle from here to run the other way or bring your mechanic with you. I purchased a 2013 Jeep Patriot from here and they tell you all their vehicles are fully inspected but if that's true why did this jeep I paid over $7000 for have a blown head gasket and they tried to cover it up with some stuff called blue devil. I'm a single mom trying to get sufficient transportation and they totally took advantage of seeing a female coming. I now have to buy another engine or another vehicle. However, it will not be from them.

I would Not Recommend this car lot to anyone else!!! My sister got a flex from them she haven’t even had the truck a good 6 months, and the truck been back up there every week for a problem they supposedly fixed and didn’t!!!! After I called and talk to the so called Manager Mike with his nonchalant self, all he cared about was me saying one cuss word to him. So he call himself putting her in another truck yet with the same issues leaking something and she will have to leave the truck up there for a long period of time due not enough help or whatever, HOW IS ShE Suppose to get back and forth to work not to mention getting back to football practice and other stuff???? But once again it’s nothing they can do!!! the pictures I post is the new truck where they done hung the light up with a belt and some piece to a part just laying on top of the battery. How in the world can you be ok with selling somebody a vehicle like this and think it’s ok I understand as is minor stuff to fix but the issue with these two cars they done gave her is ridiculous but you’ll want the payment on time. I would love to speak to the OWNER OF THE COMPANY cause at this point give my sister back ALL HER MONEY!!!!!
