We have had a billing problem for the last six months and I can't get in touch with support to get it resolved, I was on hold for over an hour and when someone answered they hung up on me. I'm thinking about going to all cell phone and drop this company, they don't care about their customers, that's my opinion...

Worst internet service and customer representative imaginable. Customer service literally hangs up on you after 2 hour wait times.
