I came here because of Dr. Bragg, and I was not disappointed! She's absolutely phenomenal and The Cat woman (perfect because I have a kitty). The staff is very caring and helpful, I recommend 1000%.

The staff here are so amazingly friendly and professional. My best friend, was sick recently and over the course of a few visits, it became obvious that it was time for him to move on to the next life. I cried, they cried. It was one of the worst days of my life, but they did their level best to make it better. They took such great care of my Booger. I highly recommend these wonderful people.

Amazing people! Very caring - helped me out with a stray kitty with mange. They helped this poor kitty who was FIV+, had contagious mange and an ulcer on his eye. Please be kind and help those who can’t help themselves.

Dr Harris & his staff take great care of our girl Bailey Jo. They listen to our concerns & provide a solution without breaking the bank. They truly care for our girl as much as we do & she absolutely loves her Miss Chelsea!! She starts looking for her as soon as we walk in the door.
I don't really trust a whole lot of people with our girl but I do with Dr. Harris & his caring staff. They are simply THE BEST ??♥️

I had a great experience this week at Dothan Animal Hospital. Chelsea provided me with Excellent Customer Service and I really appreciate her and Dr Harris and his staff for taking great care of my dog Teddy. They are great listeners and are really tuned into your situation.

I did not have a great experience with this clinic at our latest visit. My animal was both misgendered multiple times and called the wrong name multiple times in the same visit. Information on her chart was written down incorrectly even after i clarified the issue directly. The nurse also had to google how to spell two different, and very common, medical terms in front of me. Overall the nurses showed a complete lack of competency at every turn of the visit and did not instill confidence that they could properly treat my animal. One or two little mistakes can be overlooked and brushed off but it was clear that these nurses were totally spaced out and overlooking details, and I would think that when it comes to medically treating an animal that details are rather important. It made me incredibly uncomfortable to have to correct every single nurse that I dealt with (3 different nurses) and then put my animal in their care.
