The remodel has really been an upgrade and has truly added a nice appeal to this place. It's well stocked with a wide variety of miscellaneous items. I'm not understanding why they still call it The Dollar Tree, as price went to $1.25 per item, to now up to $5.00 dollars. Nevertheless its nice and the Employees's are polite and helpful.

This Dollar Tree is a great store, thanks to Abby and her staff, but the air conditioner needs to be set where it is cooler! The store was very hot! This is South Alabama and it is still hot here in September and Oct!

I am very disappointed at the service that I received in this Dothan Alabama location on Murphy Mill Road. The store manager is out until Friday and the cashiers name is Britney. Don’t know who the manager on duty is so short Frey haired mulatto individual. I always shop this particular location because they are very nice. They help me with the things that I need but unfortunately today was not that day I come in And I thought I had the wrong card because the car that I was using kept processing so I asked the cashier if she wouldn’t mind holding that for me, I would be right back. So instead of me just leaving I went and checked my statement to make sure that there was nothing going on with my card. Everything was good and then I went back in and she had put all my things back so for when that was very upsetting when I told her I would we be back but she said every time someone says that they never come back and so apparently she’s been working there for years. I don’t know, but she looks new to me , they all look as if they are getting off the latest routes when you walk in there now missing teeth things of that nature but this particular one propped her foot up on the thing and said oh we don’t have to do anything when a customer comes in put her card in they have to do everything and I said well you do have to hit the part that the cashier hits so that you’ll be able to allow the card to process and she said well we don’t do anything we don’t do anything so I said OK well I don’t know do you know why my card is not going through but I said I’m gonna look around and I’m gonna re-get my things again and then as I am walking around in the store shopping and getting my items out her in the little manager is standing over in the corner. Every time they see me, whispering and giggling and looking crazy and then when I come to the counter, I asked them you know when do you think the store manager would be in because I would really like to talk to her about my service that I received today she said on Friday so I said thank you. Are you put my items back on the counter and got ready to check out and she just kept going on and on and on how if it is anything is my card not their system because she’s had loads of Discover cards to go through and they all cleared girl bye I’ve been doing this for 50 years of more so as soon as I told her to make sure that she does it the cashier part and she did it went through. I had to swipe my card over 12 times. Thats why as adult you stop and listen instead of trying to be correct, try and help .
