I absolutely love it here....! From the location, being centrally located, to the quality, price, security gate, and especially the staff ...! Mrs Shannon, Mrs Hope, Mrs Teresa are all blessings..! It's quiet, especially compared to across the street, much safer, and just all together a much nicer place...for the money, it's very underated...!
Rooms: Well used space, but still spacious..
Nearby activities: Central to restaurants, dollar general...
Safety: Feel very safe, between the security gate, to the staff...! Amazing both!
Food and drinks: Within minutes walk or driving.

Paid 1400 for a room for my daughter for a month. Her dog & another dog owned by an employee got into a fight. She was kicked out. Was refused any kind of refund & she was there less than a week.

I have stayed at Daybreak Suites for almost a year. It is quite and the staff is amazing. I have no plans of leaving any time soon. I have one bill a month and I no longer pay taxes due to staying longer than six months. It is not just a place to stay I call this place my HOME. VERY clean, safe and secure Ms. Hope and her team make sure of that!

I absolutely love this place. The staff is helpful, understanding, yet they also don't mess around when it comes to taking care of business, it's the perfect balance. The folks who stay here as well are also some of the quietest, yet nicest people I have come across in Alabama so far. This is like an apartment building for the most part, without the unruly neighbors.
The building is always maintained, they do inspections once a month which includes checking the rooms for any maintenance issues, making sure you are keeping it clean (for pest control reasons), spraying for pests, and testing the fire alarms.
They allow pets and have doggy bag posts both out front and in the middle between the 2 buildings, which makes cleaning up after your pets easier in case you forget a bag. They also enforce a fine for those who don't clean up after their pets, so you don't have to be worried about stepping in poop late at night.
They have cameras throughout the property, so security is a non worry. It also helps catch the folks who don't pickup after their pets.
The units/apartments all have a full size kitchen, shower w/tub, full size fridge, microwave, TV w/cable, and both a kitchen sink(double basin) and a bathroom sink.
The bed is a queen size bed and super comfortable (one of the best beds I've ever slept on in a hotel/extended stay in years). They also have a laundry room on site and an elevator in the middle of the building. Every door is outside accessed and also comes with 2 chairs to sit outside with and enjoy a cup of coffee.
This is a gated property and if you are thinking about renting/staying here, it's one of the best places you can stay here in dothan. Its very affordable, very clean and just a wonderful place to stay.

This is by far one of the better Extended stays I have been to, I have been here for over 6 months and have enjoyed everyday of my stay. Everything is kept extremely clean, both inside the rooms, and outside in the common areas, all of the staff are so helpful and hard working, it is because of their efforts that makes the Daybreak such a great place to stay, all I can say is Thanks Alot Daybreak.

Safety: Extremely safe

I stayed at Daybreak Suites for my travel contract. Mrs. Teressa and Mrs. Hope were very nice. I was paying entirely too much for the hotel I was staying in before coming here. All of the staff were very nice. I did have neighbors who were loud during the day but it was tolerable (I worked night shift). There is a gate and I felt safe while staying there. I would recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere near Southeast Health on Ross Clark.

I would recommend highly any buddy who wants to find a safe secure quiet place to stay for one price this place is it it has good security good cameras they maintain it clean never see poop on the ground it's very security proof the employees are nice they're very considerate and they are very helpful they have 24-hour security and I recommend this place a 12 out of 10

I have been living here for 2 plus years. And love it here. The office staff is absolutely awesome and caring .The maintenance crew does a wonderful job. The housekeeping does an awesome job also. My cat cookie also loves here . They are pet friendly which is great.
Safety: Gated Community. Must be a Resident to enter which I love
