This pharmacy was terrible! The pharmacist was talking to a coworker about how her friends were treating her. I stood for a long time to be waited on. It was like I was interrupting their business! I asked about our prescription and she said that they hadn’t looked at all the orders and to come back about 3:00 pm and it might be ready! They need a lesson in customer service! Never mind, I’ll go elsewhere!

When did to CVS today and had a great pleasure of meeting Dee who was so very helpful and kind. It was really a pleasure to be able to do my business and have someone help me so thoroughly and want to thank CVS for having such a great employee.

I look at the reviews and couldn’t believe it could’ve been that bad…. Boy was I wrong! We’re traveling and stopped in to pickup up some things, and there was 3 implores standing around talking. Not even behind the registers. I picked up something in the pharmacy department, you had to check out with it at the pharmacy…. (Sudafed) It’s 2:00pm and the pharmacy was closed, the 3 up front said they should be opening soon, that I would need to wait, mind you we are traveling! I stood back there till 2:05, still not open! Worst experience ever in a CVS. I ended up with Claritin and checked out myself.Will never stop there again!

Callie was absolutely amazing and a delight to work with. She is a vital asset to the CVS organization. As someone that has hired for front of house positions, I would love to have her as a member of my team. And I would take the opportunity to invest in her

Cvs you really need to train your employees about customer service!! The cashier working the front counter was so rude. She saw me waiting in line to check out. When it was my turn she rudely placed a sign on the counter and said “You have to use self check out”. I can understand if she was busy and didn’t have time to check me out. Unfortunately not the case. She sat in a chair behind the counter doing nothing!!! I had one item and it would’ve took her no time at all. I will not make the mistake and come to location again.

Worst pharmacy in Dothan. I've been using them for years but finally got tired of the rude, eye rolling behavior of the staff. They act like their just there and don't want to work and heaven forbid you need any help cause all your gonna get is eye rolling and huffing and puffing cause they got to work. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Rude and incompetent pharmacy staff. It’s obvious they do not care about their customers no matter how kind you are to them. What’s just as bad is the incompetence.

Every time we get antibiotics they won’t flavor it and they’ll give it to me. Sometimes they act weird when I ask to flavor it and say it’s already flavored, then this month it happened again. I left, got home and it’s not flavored. Kids are not going to drink unflavored antibiotics. I can’t go here anymore, I’ve been coming to CVS or Walgreens for years and I have to find another place because I’m tired of the issues.

Defiantly the worst pharmacy I’ve been to. Very, very rude staff. A black lady on the phone always huffed and puffed when asking an appropriate question and “having to make her work”. And most especially the Asian pharmacist that was working, Sunday, November 6th. Very condescending and lying out her a$$.

I was trying to obtain medication for my 90 yr old mother on Wednesday. Once it had been called in from the doctor's office I was told by CVS I could pick it up that afternoon. Once there I was told that afternoon the pharmacy didn't have it in stock. They said it would be ready on Thursday. Thursday arrived and I was unable to purchase her medication as they stated it had been called to Express Scripts mail order pharmacy. ( I called express scripts by phone and obtained a waiver.) I entered the CVS store a 4th time and requested the medication be run through the computer again. They informed me it could be filled but would be several hours before it could be filled. I finally was able to obtain it at 7:30 that night. I am finished doing business here.

Nice workers. But this self check out is putting people out of a job. If I wanted self service I would just order what I need online and have it delivered to my door. Corporate America is killing our box stores which means less money they have to spend and the more they will make. Because they won't pass that savings on to the consumers.
