Ms. Theletha at the Dothan CVS is awesome. She is a very caring and professional nurse who administered two vaccines in the same visit and provided me with a step by step explanation on the procedure and the possible reactions to each of the vaccines. Ms. Theletha blends a sense of personality and technical competency to her work and is very outgoing. She is very calming and has the utmost concern for the welfare and comfort of her patient. Thank you Ms. Theletha!

Something has changed at this location. Out of medicines, reorders do not come in timely, can take days to get prescriptions filled.

CVS on Eastmain.....Rude, unprofessional and lazy. I don't care that it was cheaper for me to go there....I will never go again! On hold for 34 minutes....walked in phone still ringing they are all standing there no customers in drive through or line

Worthless. Dismissive and condescending. They do not have the time nor the inclination to treat their customers with compassion or respect. Do not expect any help with prescriptions beyond the answer of 'yes your insurance covers it or, no your insurance doesn't cover it, you have to pay full price.'

Every time I go their is a long wait ( 2 hours at times!) and the people working there are to lazy to help solve any problems when you have an updated insurance card. I have been a cvs pharmacy customer for many years but I am taking my business elsewhere!
