  No gym like it! The community, programming, facility, and most importantly, coaching is impeccable. Very welcoming to all levels and took me in like I was there own for the few weeks I was there. This looks like a rogue warehouse. Has all the equipment for massive classes. The best gym I’ve ever visited.

  Visiting here for the 2nd time and these guys give the best welcoming experience possible. Would come back every time I’m in town.

  Excellent gym! If you are visiting Dothan or live there drop in and join this gym. All the equipment you need, very friendly community, and high quality coaching.
