While not a big fan of Comcast's customer service, that's an oxymoron, and I despise trying to get through to a real human when dealing with Comcast, especially if there's a problem with the bill or service. Comcast has a convenient kiosk within the store. Easy to use, concise and a good way of taking care of your bill. Not a fan of automatic. If there's a problem with your service, instead of dealing with the multitudes of frustrating layers that take 30 minutes to get through, just go to the Comcast location and let these people sort through it.

You can not get a live person on the phone. If you have more than one account with them good luck on having them linked and if there is any issue good luck talking to someone without getting in your car and driving to the nearest building. There is no customer service with this company!

We live off of Murphy mill Road in an older neighborhood. The speed is good but that changed after a month but the biggest problem is that you are not a priority when your service is interrupted. My self and another person were experiencing problems and we couldn’t get a representative out there for 3 days. More importantly you cannot reach anyone on the phone there is absolutely no way to reach a local representative. I would stay away from comcast / Xfinity at all cost

The young man at the Comcast store in Dothan was super helpful and nice. He was able to solve a problem with my cell service that the Xfinity customer service couldn't solve. It took him 10 minutes to accomplish where CS couldn't solve in over a week. He's very much appreciated!

I am not an Xfinity fan, except I have finally found an employee at the Dothan Alabama office who was amazing. Her name is Jacque Beyer. She went above and beyond to help out. After spending hours and hours on hold and having no call backs like they promise I was ready to jump ship to Another company. And when you do talk to a human you can't understand them or they can't understand you. It's terrible. I gave up and went to the closest office expecting long lines and terrible service. What I got was no line and Ms. Jacque. She was pleasant and instantly helped with our situation. She was wonderful. What she promised us she followed through with. Thank you Ms Jacque.

Worst customer service ever. Their new call center will for no reason let you talk to a human. It will keep insisting to reset your router.... i moved locations the router isn't the issue. Last hour has been spent maneuvering through phone with a robot begging for a human. Avoid at all cost please save yourself this hassle

Worst internet ever. If you can help it do not use this place i cant even began to tell you how bad the service is . They love to dig in your pockets with bogus fee's . All around worst experience of not just internet provider but any kind of service provider period. This company should be ashamed of themselves for what they do to honest people.
