Everybody who worked with me was wonderful and communicative throughout the entire process. There was an issue with the van, where all of my things needed to be moved to a different vehicle, but even with this, they resolved the issue promptly and kept me in the loop. My loading and delivery drivers were all efficient and professional.

From the beginning, this company was very prompt and professional, making moving much simpler. All of our communications with them were friendly and efficient. The movers were also very friendly and professional. They were respectful of our belongings. Everything arrived safely. Would highly recommend this company. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Coleman. From the initial meeting with my sales rep to unloading at my destination, the entire process was smooth and as stress-free as a move could possibly be. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. I can highly recommend Coleman.

Every step of the packing was meticulous. Communication with management and the lead driver was excellent. Both the move from ** and the delivery to ** were perfect! Despite bad weather along the route where over 3 days *** made several deliveries in different states, he met a local mover in ** to transfer the load to a smaller truck in order to navigate our driveway. And he arrived here promptly at 9:30 a.m., as was his estimate 3 days earlier! Great Move!

Great service from my movers. Coleman personnel worked with me in picking up our household goods from two locations and was delivered to the destination within 3 days. It was snowing and wet at the delivery time but the movers were very cognizant in protecting the carpet and avoiding stains or damage to them. Household goods were moved in 5 to 6 hours and the driver/movers met our request in placing the items at the appropriate spots.

My family and I used Coleman Allied Moving for our move from ********* to ********. They were so wonderful every step of the way. From the in-person estimate, fair pricing, free used moving boxes, prep boxing, and loading/unloading. We highly recommend using Coleman Allied Moving for any moving needs.

Overall my experience was good in large part to my customer service **** ******* One of my boxes was wet and the contents of books and clothes was moldy because of the two weeks in a box, and could not be salvaged.

Everything went as smoothly as possible all because the driver Samantha and her assistant William were meticulous and professional throughout my move. I was unable to there for the loading but sent a list indicating how to separate things as they were going to two different locations.They followed those instructions to the letter and took other initiatives to facilitate things for the delivery. I could not be more grateful for their kind, patient support with my move.

This company was so bad I filed complaints with the BBB, Consumer Affairs and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. So far they have been non-responsive to the complaints. They breached the contract delivery date, stored my belongings in a dingy military warehouse without my prior knowledge and couldn’t find a driver for 18 days. Many damaged, broken and missing items. My furniture looked like it was hurled into the truck in a malicious way with no regard for protecting it. Expensive wood furniture was not wrapped for protection. Please refer to my full complaint on BBB before you consider this company! If this company replies by saying a resolution is in progress, don’t believe it! They have not reached out to me at all!

She did an outstanding job of coordinating the move or **. *****, the driver of the moving truck was outstanding also. He did an outstanding job of keeping us Informed about the delivery and was extremely helpful during the move process period I would rate both individuals 5 plus
