Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dre is an awesome salesman. I never felt pressured and he listened to what I wanted. He took his time and didn't rush me on my decision. He made sure I was happy with my choice. Teresa was amazing at getting me the numbers I could afford. The whole team was absolutely amazing.

I had unique situation and the dothan dealership was so very help and made the process smooth and easy. They even took pictures of me and my new vehicle and gave me a goodie bag. The manger Sabrina was awesome. She insured me of everything i needed to know about my new vehicle, and answered all the questions i had with no hesitation. Even introduce me to a young lady that would be my account rep. She has the best personality! Everyone was so helpful and very nice. We even talked and laughed like old friends. I love the team work they put forward into getting the purchase done as well as the atmosphere of the office and coordination of their team was amazing! Even calling back to ask questions was a joy. I'd recommend dothan's carmart to anyone in search of a vehicle.

Upon entering the parking lot of Car-Mart of Dothan, my Son and I were welcomed with a warm, uplifting greeting by one of the beautiful staff members. After a brief conversation, we were met by our kind salesman, “Dre Armstrong”,who went over and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and made the whole process of buying a car a pleasure. We explained to Dre what we were looking for with the mileage and price range and he provided us with a several to choose from; after which we choose the 2013 Nissan Rogue. Our salesman,”Dre Armstrong” and the whole team was a pleasure to work with.

The salesman Dre was professional and it didn't take as long as expected to get in a vehicle and get outta there. Also the popcorn and water was a nice touch. Overall a refreshing experience In a situation that usually is much worse. Appreciate that Dothan carmart ??

I wish I could give more than five stars!! They are hands down amazing!!! This Carmart actually cares about their customers! The staff that I encountered was super friendly, so helpful and very professional!! I have used Car Mart in the past from a different location and told myself I would never return! Someone dear to me told me to give the one in Dothan a chance so I did and I am very impressed!!!! When I first walked through the doors I was welcome and when I left out the doors with my new car in the same day, there was so much gratitude, not just from the staff but also from me to the staff!! I will highly recommend using Car Mart in Dothan!!!
