Went to Bondys Ford Lincoln on Tuesday the 27th of Aug so my sister could check out a used suv. Mark Webster was the salesman that helped us. Mark was awesome to work with, my sister purchased the suv and was very pleased with the deal she recieved. Mark went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. Would definitely buy there again. Highly recommend Mark and Bondys Ford Lincoln.

Bondys had my vehicle for 2 months although I was originally told it would be repaired in 1 week. The receptionist/clerk at the collision desk is not too bright and a bit ditzy. Good thing my job took care of the bill, but even still I'm never revisiting this establishment again. Poor customer service.

Tire rotation/oil change on my 2023 Dually truck....
They didn't even air the tires up.... I had to pull it back into the bay "and help put air in the rear inside tires".... meaning I got on my knees because the guy just couldn't figure it out....

Laura was great got me in and out the same day got me a loaner car. Repair was under covered under warranty and they washed our Lincoln!! Awesome people awesome service!!

Doug handled my Explorer very professionally. He offered to bring my car to my house when it was ready. And it was delivered in good condition and I was kept informed about everything up until it was in my driveway. Great job Doug.

I dropped my truck off a couple Saturdays ago with a list of what was wrong with it ( I had already spoken to the technician).
I received my truck back last week missing the front half of my moonroof cover that slides forward. Now I’m sitting in blazing sun whenever I drive.
And they never even checked out the number one issue I brought the truck in for….the transmission.
I’ve had good service there my whole life, but not anymore.

Have no complaints with the service just long wait! 4 hours for oil change and light bulb put in.
