Personal banker(Middle aged Chinese lady?) was not really in mood to receive. She had various weird faces throughout the discussion. Never going back into this PNC bank location.

**Update** July 4th weekendI had planned to close my account but had delayed it since you cannot even send them a message via your only account, & I was just now charged a $7 monthly service charge fee since my account only held about $400 in it - can you believe these CROOKS?Well I just had the last word as I removed the last penny & moved it all via ACH transfer to my Investment trading account - maybe I will let them know (or not) to close my account - good luck trying to collect any more fees, you fleas!.....haha!*Update* June 2022 - This bank is totally awful in customer service; for one thing they charged me a silly $4 fee for a USD payment to an online Canadian for Men's clothing item, & when I called the CS rep had no good answer for me & then transferred me to what she said was a Customer Service escalation, but just sent me back into the Que whereby I had to specifically Voice what I needed over & over; I also had another problem in the drive-through where I was told, that she "cannot accept a Deposit on a check without an Official Deposit, even though I needed 1) no cash back, 2) included by PNC Visa Bank Card with my name on it, & 3) my Driver's License.....Very Poor Customer Service - worse that I have ever seen for a Bank & I am leaving them very soon.Odd interaction at this Bank today - apologies for the critical review but I was not in a good mood, since after moving here, the USPS person sent back my new bank card (my Primary Other Bank) & checks to my previous location(other state) & I needed to move some funds to PNC Bank (since their Bank Card works & I needed it). The USPS person made a mistake that should not have been made - my change of address card was valid. So, I walk in with the cash, willing to wait for the next teller at the counter - a young lady walks over from the drive-through teller to help me; I said, "...don't know my account number but I will write down other information on the *requested deposit slip" & her reply was, "I will write down your account number so you will have it" <> sorry, but that seemed a bit condescending, because what if next time I came in, I did not have my account number? Would you then say, "but I gave it to you last time?"Most people I have dealt with at the Bank don't mind looking it up, but it appears I offended her and the other lady at the drive-through teller location helping her out(training?) - because the other girl turned around and gave me this mean hateful look, & I did not grasp why. And I said, "I don't even come to the Bank in person that often ever" - don't need to.I tried to be nice in spite of my mood and situation, but I could only do so much. We all have to deal with all types of people if you work in Customer Service types jobs, & I know by experience. If you misunderstood me, or if it was anything I said, I do apologize, but I was the Customer, remember that.

Only bank I’ve ever used that makes you fill out a deposit slip every time. My other banks just look at the name and deposit it.

Useless. Slow. All three bank teller were not helping anyone and the two side desks were not helping anyone but my bank teller could not even sign me in to meet someone in the lobby and while sitting in the lobby I was forced to wait. Go to another branch.

Got there at 9:20 was told to wait about 15-20 minutes even though there was others there. When we did get helped the banker told us she had an appointment to “soon” after us at 10:30, so she could not help us.

I was so excited to see a PNC in the south! I love my PNC in Michigan. It's been my bank (with 3 different names) since 1996. But this branch is so terrible I'm furious. The woman at the front is completely rude and disrespectful. She just kept telling me to send my text message in order to get in line. I did so and nothing happened. We came in because they didn't finish our business account, and weren't allowed to see anyone to remedy the situation. We are heading to a different branch. This would be bad business practices for a personal account holder. For a business account, they are messing with my livelihood. Completely unacceptable, now I know why every time we come on someone people are there to close their accounts.

I have been with Compass, and Compass BBVA for well over 20 years and never once had an issue. Now PNC has taken over and have changed all of my account numbers, I can not activate the new bank card. Customer service just says all lines are busy and hangs up...not even put on hold. other than physically going to the bank, I have no access to my finances. i will be changing banks now.COMPASS gets 10 stars... PNC gets none.

I know this bank just merged to pnc, but you think it would be alittle more organized. Went in waited for about 20+ minutes for the 1 teller that they had. Approximately 10+ people waiting to be seen. The teller deposited my money into my daughter's account instead of mine.

I was helped this afternoon by the sweetest young lady. She learned my husband had just passed and was so compassionate and helpful. She made my whole experience an easy and positive one. I wish I had gotten her name. She was working the window and came to help me. I will always seek her out when I do my banking.

If you’re looking for a job keep looking. I was so close to applying because of how great Felicia and the other staff are. The branch manager treats her employees like dirt. Any time I have been into the branch or go through the drive thru the manager is fussing or has an awful look on her face. I’ve asked around to employees who had worked there prior and I’ve heard nothing but awful things and this is why you see a different face every couple of months. She has been there for 30 years and gets by with whatever she wants. NEVER work here unless you like working under bullies. Her name is Regina McNeil
