The sales persons at Badcock let you browse and offer to assist without hovering. Shae was most courteous and helpful and answered all our questions. Recommend Badcock Home Furniture!

I had been a badcock customer since 2018 until recently, when I purchased a new head board and footboard from the Dothan badcock store. I picked up the headboard and footboard got it home and unpacked it when I noticed it was cracked and the post was misaligned (see photos). Badcock offered me $100 for the brand new headboard that I had just paid $900 for. The store manager was rude and unhelpful. Called the other store and asked to speak with the GM but no return call. Will never be back.
