We were there few days ago around 3:00 pm and the parking lot was slow. There was a kid that took us to the table. As we walk by there was four dirty tables and only one was tips left out. The person that sat next to us waited for over 30 minutes and never got to order food but had drink. No manager was on the floor. The only server was there and on lunch break. Saw us. I don’t care if you are the manager and short staff. Then be on the floor and help out. Also if you had truck in you should not let the server to go on break when the truck is there. I feel you need a management change for the restaurant. Applebee’s need to fired the manager that is lazy to work with the employees. It no poor excuse for the restaurant to be dirty with over 7 tables with plates and order. When I got my food my rice was under cook like they just poured the rice and not cook it. I even put the beer cheese sauce and it did not even taste any better. When we paid over 40$ with two people and took over 30 minutes in all. Never the manager ask us how was our food like the other Applebee’s we ever go to. When I ask for the manager just say and lie to us about saying it was a rush and I never see the parking lot full at all just a few cars. Again that store have lazy daytime management and never once help out. That restaurant needs the CEO to walk in and see what is going on with the store.

Came here back in January for lunch for my daughters birthday. Only 1 waitress was there. Took forever for them to greet us. Our waitress took our order without writing down anything. This had me worried because there were 6 of us. And just as expected, she got a lot of our orders wrong, and she forgot things as well. Sides were not what we ordered on over half of our orders. Also, they were out of a few different things as well. The food came out cold about an hour later, and the food made all of us sick. The food didn't taste very good either like it would at a good applebees. A few people came in after us, and they sat for over 30 min without a waitress coming, and they wound up leaving. If you are that understaffed, you should just close down for the day. Won't be coming back to this applebees. Hope they got their staffing issue under control.

My son ordered a double burger as he was getting ready to put the condiments on i noticed it was a single pattie cut in half. I spoke with the waitress about this she said it was normal and the sandwich was correct she confirmed the cut the pattie to make it a double.

Today was my little girls birthday so we decided to eat at Applebee’s as a family. We got there right at eight. Had to stand there for a few minutes before anybody even came and sat us down to our table. My kids ordered two kids meals and my husband and I ordered the two for $32 meal. We sat there a while waiting then she brings the kids meals, fries where hard and cold didn’t complain about it because my kids where so hungry they just dug in. My kids where about done with there meals when we finally got our appetizer, I’m confused why it took so long to get our app because it was cold and at that they where not even busy. We ate our app, kids where done still have yet to get our food. By the time time we get our food mine was all the way wrong I ordered bourbon chicken and shrimp no onions with mashed potatos and instead I got a steak and fries so I told the waitress she took my food back waited forever never came back and said anything to me after so long of waiting everyone was done eating. I finally got my food which was wrong again had fries and onions on my chicken. I told her all she said was she was sorry and that she was brand new. I just went ahead and asked her for a togo plate and told her not to worry about it because by this point, I was so frustrated I was ready to get out of there and my kids where ready to go home. The manger had to come and correct the order from there computer by the time I got my receipt to pay it was all wrong she charged me for kids drinks when the kids meals came with kids drinks and then instead of charging me for a two for 32 I got charged individually which came out to $45. My total ticket cost was $70. I told her it was incorrect once again, had to sit there and wait forever I told my husband and kids to just go ahead and wait in the car the manager took forever coming back to correct the order by the time he finally got up there my family was waiting in the car and I was standing by the computer waiting on them to correct my ticket after so many mistakes. I would think that the manager would apologize to me and discount me for something, but didnt even looked at me, nor apologize to me my total was still $52 after a $20 over charge. We sat in there over an hour never getting to eat my food and still getting charged that much never got asked for refills for the drinks or anything. It was the worst experience I have ever had on top of that I really wanted to blow up at my waitress, but I felt like all of it wasn’t just her fault so I kept my composure but you would think with someone being brand new, there would be someone working with her and training her instead of making tons of mistakes and charging people incorrectly and for nothing to be done at all and no consideration from the manager I will never be back.

Katelynn, the daytime bartender, is always a joy to come and see. She knows my order as soon as I walk in and keeps me laughing the whole time. I continue to come back just to see her sweet face.
