Great car buying experience! Cheryl handled everything from the initial order thru delivery. She helped me to build the vehicle to my exact specifications and had it in the system within 48 hours. She kept me informed during the entire process. She is a pleasure to work with. She definitely earned my trust and I will be a returning customer.

Everyone is so nice at Action. I feel apart of a big family when I go there. Linda and Gary have always been awesome to us and I can’t say enough about the service Dept. They are always helpful and friendly. It’s nice to have such a dealership that doesn’t charge you for things that you don’t need for your vehicle. They definitely look out for the customer. I will ALWAYS go back to Action Buick GMC for my vehicle purchases and service. Thank you to all of you there and a job well done to Gary !!!

The most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. First, the mechanic incorrectly diagnosed my truck. After changing their story multiple times, they finally admitted to the mistake when I caught them trying to sell me unnecessary parts totaling $3800. Instead of making things right or at least apologizing, they were extremely rude. I decided to pick up my vehicle and take it elsewhere because I no longer trusted them to properly care for my vehicle. When I entered the office, one manager began making excuses until he was interrupted by the general manager who rudely and with a crass tone told me to “get out” because he “didn’t have time for this”. Keep in mind, I had just walked in and had not said a word to provoke such behavior. Fortunately, the staff at another local GMC dealership were able to assist me and provided me with excellent customer service. They have earned my business, while Action has permanently lost it. I am still in disbelief at the unprofessionalism displayed by one of their top executives.

First time buyer from Action in Dothan AL. Had an incredible experience with everyone involved. Cheryl my sales associate was very very informative and contacted me very frequently every step of the way. From checking pricing all the way down to helping me set up my MY BUICK app. Also the finance guy was very nice and helpful explaining all of the paperwork. Made me feel comfortable and not rushed during the process. Overall perfectly satisfied with one of my least favorite things to do, buying a vehicle! Will definitely consider coming back for sure!

I was traveling and knew they were on my route. I called about an hour away and they said they could work me in, since I would be waiting. I arrived and was quickly checked in and had an update after about 20 minutes. Fast forward another 30 minutes and I was told I was good to go with no problems. They didn’t try to upsale me on anything and after about an hour I was back on my way. If their sales department is anything like their service department I might drive back from Atlanta when it’s time for a new one. Great experience!

Six stars ??????for Cheryl Reynolds!!!! I can't compliment enough about Cheryl! She is very kind, pleasant and honest. She is a hard worker and go getter. She made this whole process of ordering and purchasing truck a breeze. She communicates very well and keeps you posted on your order step by step. She really works hard for you! Very friendly and nice upfront. Sold me a truck that appeared to have no issues until I get it home only to find it has numerous, costly issues that would be hard to not catch, especially coming from a dealership. I followed up only to face a rude staff who assures me there is nothing that can be done on their end. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to purchase from this dealership as integrity is clearly not a value they uphold. They will choose the money over providing a quality product to their customers.
