Purchased a house locally via Alpine(builder), worst experience ever (4th house), and the primary issue (or one of many), was that the shower floor Tile was not installed correctly (as if some 5th grader had put it in)- found out by doing some digging, that it was ACME that had installed it (also some issues with the bathroom(s) floor tiling too). Instead of starting from the center(drain) and moving outward, so the grout spacing is the same all over, it looks like someone started from the outside, and it is so bad that some tiles are actually touching. Someone young man had come by and seen it, after closing, and acted like it was “nothing he could do” - or “buyer beware” and not the Professional manner (Most normal businesses would consider) to FIX THEIR SCREW UP, TO MAKE IT RIGHT. So, I kept asking about it, since March, and since then, the grout all over has worn/cracked pretty bad, and the reddish tile is faded, even though I did not use any harsh chemicals. I also discovered some of the locations, edges and wall was either not grouted, or just filled in with caulk instead of grout, since it is not even there anymore. I did not even clean the walls with anything. The builder reps are the worst ever, since they keep making promises (just to take a look at issues) and still have not done so. I may have to take some Legal action, and or further complaints online, or with the District Attorney’s Office or some Builder Organizations, but I hate to go that route, for various reasons. Just tired of being lied to, &/or dealing with Un-Professionals.

Excellent service! After months of delays with a brick order with Whatley Supply that caused our new construction to come to a standstill for weeks, we asked ACME for their help. Within a week, they had our order delivered and our brick looks fantastic! Our only regret is not having gone with them from the beginning!

The people in the office have no idea of what they're talking about are what they're doing. The service is as well awful You can't buy any material because everything is sold but they won't order some to stock it. A complete waste of time I say don't ever go there!!

Back in November I made a special order for some old Macon brick veneers They had half of the order in stock and they said they'd order the other half I would be there in 2 weeks well I waited 2 weeks they didn't come on call me 2 more weeks still nothing I've called numerous times and been given the run around the sales person I believe is lying to me because of people in the office told me something completely different from what he said on the same day I asked both of them here it is February and I still don't have the other half of my order now my chimney is halfway done
