Everyone that I have talked with have been very helpful, kind and courteous. They were patient with me and if there was anything they couldn't help me with they made sure I was connected with someone who could. The orders are accurate and on time.
There customer service is a 5 star. I love the follow-up contact it makes me feel that they really care.

Before 180MEDICAL, I had constant problems getting the products I needed every month.My doctor recommended 180MEDICAL for ostomy supplies. I called and spoke to Jessica. She listened to me explain my situation, and gave me immediate recommendations to solve the problems I was having. She suggested some products I had never heard of before. No one had ever asked me to explain what was or was not working, until Jessica.Since I started ordering from 180MEDICAL, I have all the necessary supplies on time, and I no longer feel anxious about getting everything I need each and every month.I highly recommend 180MEDICAL for all your medical supplies. They really care about their customers.

Always a answering service...this is not a good company...they started out good but must be having problems.i have tried to be patient and work through them.lots of talk when I can get anyone. No action. Don't take a chance on this company ...

This company goes above and beyond. Customer service is awesome and shipment of supplies can sometimes be 2 days earlier than originally projected.

Ive been using 180Medical for years and have never had a complaint. I receive my catheters on a monthly basis and customer service really cares about you. i recommend, they've never failed

Place is real confusing , after almost a year I can't figure them out , I missed many orders , getting canceled or run till next month . 3 lost orders from fedEx that I had to track down myself , 1 month missed till FedEx found the item busted open , called them back , resent order , another month gone , so far in a year I'm about 3 months or 3 orders behind that I had to search for a cash and carry company fully out of pocket

Not happy with the last bit of stuff I’ve had to do here. First off. My catheters came in an expected, timely manner. However I need Ostomy supplies. Having to buy them (everything I need is close to $400). I called and spoke with someone in Ostomy department. Missed a few calls due to me working on my job. Called back, still nothing. Now, I called a couple days ago, only to find out they sent my Ostomy request for prescription TO THE WRONG DOCTOR when I’d already told them who the actual doctor was! I mean come on how can you confuse two doctors?? DIFFERENT POSITIONS IN MEDICAL FEILDS TOO!! So, basically two months and still no supplies. Oh yeah did I mention I’m STILL WAITING for Ostomy samples that should have been sent a month or so ago??? On top of everything. Apparently whoever took my call did NOT type ANYTHING I told her in the computer!!! I’ve done business with these people before and this is the first time this has happened but still it’s NOT ACCEPTABLE! This needs to be fixed ASAP!
