My 8 year old son inherited some annuity’s from my grandfather, and working with Elizabeth was horrible. She told me a few things that I learned not to be true. And then I had to sit there and watch her call the annuity company and ask what to do because she actually didn’t know. After giving me false information. Her, and the other lady in the cubicle both treated me like I was out to steal from someone. It was one of the few banks I had never dealt with, and what a bad experience it was. Never again.

Don't expect any help from staff if you need to get your name added to your moms account. Although she is with you . You will need a updated non drivers I d. So we go get one but no luck its a paper copy.

Overdraft fees that shouldn’t happen,very frequent card problems on the banks end,atm at the bank even took my card for no reason then spent hours on the phone for them to tell me nothing can be done,no updates or alerts app is slow and inaccurate lots more problems,not a very good bank for someone who works night shift
