Really getting a bad taste from this place. We bought (are buying);a truck from this place and since we got home with it we've discovered a few issues that were obviously present BEFORE the purchase and it's like pulling teeth to get them to do the right thing and fix the problems.. I'm ready to tell them to just keep the truck and go elsewhere . They act like they are the only people who sell vehicles and we are therefore stuck with what they decide to do- WRONG.
And it keeps getting worse...we didn't like the big mud tires so we actually had to buy a new set of tires and purchased separately some factory rims to mount them on. Dropped truck off to have new tires and rims put on and went to pick it up this evening and they did not put our other tires and rims that they took off in the back of the truck where the new rims were when I dropped it off. I guess they think they can just keep them but they belong to us and now I have to wait til they are open again to find out why they weren't given back and where they are. In my opinion, that is stealing. I won't go into the key fob ordeal or the sun roof debacle. Do not recommend buying from this establishment

Michael Early is hands down one of the top salesman I’ve had the pleasure to buy from. He went above and beyond to locate the vehicle we wanted and even though he couldn’t locate it he sold us on another vehicle on the lot. The guys and Windham Motors stayed two hours after normal hours to wrap up the sale and for that we are beyond grateful! I’d give them a 10/10.

Had mirrors ordered to be installed on a Thursday.Called Thursday morning only to be informed that it would be Friday before they could install them.I was informed that the technician didn't complete his work from the day before so I got pushed back a day.Show up Friday morning at 8:30.The truck is in the bay at about 9.I was told it would take about 3 hours to complete.After 3 hrs i noticed that the mirrors were on and the tech walking around on his phone.After seeing him on his phone for 15 minutes and the truck just sitting i inquired if it was done.The tech told me he was on the phone with G.M.Trying to calibrate the mirrors.That's when he said.I informed the manager that it would be at least 5 or 8 hours if it got done that day.I asked Kelly who is the manager he informed, why she didn't feel the need to inform me.She just came back from lunch while we sat in the waiting room expecting to get the truck back soon.She said she was playing it by ear.WOW, that's what customer service is today. Only on a absolute need to know basis only.Well it didn't get done so we left with it to come back in Monday morning to have it completed.We thought anyway.Called them Monday morning to be informed it would be Tuesday at the soonest now.I hope it is resolved Tuesday.All I can say is good luck if you use the service.In my opinion,Kelly should not be involved with any type of customer service.

I just purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it was the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Nicole went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy! She was amazing! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership! Oh and did I mention that I LOVE my new car! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Very poor management, leadership, and work. We bought the damn truck from Windham and they kept giving my wife the runaround for an oil change and tire rotation and destroyed the front end, messed up the info on the screen and said they couldn't get it back like it was before they messed with it. Stupid dummies rotated tires without balance but took our money. Crooks
