“I purchase from Dudadiesel.com regularly. Typically I purchase the Citric Acid or various food grade items. I will admit that in the past there were some growing pains when it came to my orders, however, over the past 18 months I have truly been happy with the level of customer service and quality of product I have received. Clearly, they have made adjustments and overcome any opportunities they had, because I am 100% satisfied! They are always polite and helpful when I call with questions and I have had no issues with prompt delivery. I have had need to return some items on two occasions since I started ordering from them. One was my fault and one was a size error. On both occasions it was corrected quickly and professionally. I received a refund quickly for the item I ordered by mistake and as for the size error, they shipped the correct item to me within 2 days. Mistakes do happen but I have not experienced anything like what I see in previous reviews. Keep up the great work and I'll keep on ordering!”
“I worked here for several months as Non CDL driver and as another review stated, I was doing alot of other stuff on a forklift etc which I didn’t mind doing as I have previous dock & forklift experience. Though I had no payroll/w2 issues or anything like that. But If you do work here, you’ll come to find that Mr.Allan, the owner of the place is a nice guy, often provides lunch for various occasions and even a generous Christmas bonus. The only downside I had was the hours weren’t consistent. One week you’ll get 50 hours and the next 20 or 25. All in all I kinda miss working here lol”

State Bonded Warehouse played a BIG PART in the development and growth of Decatur because it was a staple in bring in the railroad, as newspaper articles in the office depict. While State Bonded Warehouse typically warehouses a variety of goods for customers it is very flexible in what it can offer customers. I worked there a couple of times when I was younger, and loved it.”
“Had 1800 appointment. Arrived 1720 and parked in lot across the street. Shipping took my po# and called when door was available around 1811. Took lil while to blind side back in to door #1. Had me loaded in about 10 minutes(4 pallets). Everyone was professional from Shipping personnel to loaders. Thanks”

“Nice guard ?? check in then go to the shipping door after getting in the gate , had me hit the door , you will have to sit inside while getting loaded ,
I’m sure that cause new drivers have caused the issue we have to deal with not being in your truck at some shoppers , anyway they have a table and chairs to sit inside ,,
Really cool fella loaded me up and I was on the road pretty quickly ??”
