Walmart is wonderful! They do such a wonderful job..whenever I phone my order in and it is delivered! They didn’t have one item and it was delivered the 1st thing the next morning! I love Walmart and their desire to please!Alice Wilson

The staff here is very friendly! This includes the cashier and the other workers. This one girl was very helpful in helping me find items. It depends on which cashier you get, but usually, they apply your coupons correctly. Sadly, the store isn't in stock frequently. The catalina machine is sometimes working and sometimes not. Other than that, everything was great. Keep up the great work.

Every time I come to pick up prescriptions I have to sit in line for 30+ minutes no Matter how many cars are in line. If you’ve got all the time in the world to sit and wait, be my guest and use them. My meds are now being filled elsewhere.

I had just gotten out of the hospital with heart issues on blood thinner. I needed Lovanox shots for another 48 hrs while adjusting to Coumadin. My insurance required a prior authorization. Which I was told could take a few days. My pharmacist at my Decatur Walgreens on Beltline Rd.got on it. She even called a nurse on the Cardiac Care Floor at the hospital where I was a patient. Within no time she had the shots I desperately needed ready for pickup. That’s why I stick with Walgreens.

Most of the staff is helpful & caring. Only 2 ppl that have assisted us at drive thru weren't helpful, but I believe it's because one was new & the other just needed a vacation or something. She was tall heavy set & with light brown hair. I do not remember her name. The black haired young girl was just newer & not very experienced. Give her time. Everyone else & that includes management has treated us well & done a good job with others at drive thru & inside. They carry a good variety of some food & drink options. They have a photo dept. & one hr print. When ask they do help you. Clean store. They carry the vaccine for Covid 19. They have a public restroom. Hope this helps others to make a more informed decision.

Between 'forgetting' to run my insurance to agruing with me about what medications I picked up, terrible terrible service. I've been going through wal-greens for years and it's been bad the whole time but I didnt want the hassle of switching. But there's been too many incidents. They make a mistake with my medication every single time.

Was waiting on the BLUE LINE for my meds, the ladie was getting me some important information when a really short guy with brown hair and glass, would gotten his name but I felt bad after he was very rude and disrespectful to me and my family. Told us to leave that we could stand in the waiting area for the ladie to come back. I’m not sure but I felt judge and he didn’t even offer helping us or even ask if we needed something. If he hates his job and people maybe he should find a new profession my opinion. When ppl are waiting in the design waiting area it shouldn’t be a issue I think he took his bad mood out on me and my children

This Walgreens has a wonderful staff. The store is always clean and the prices are good on most items. Sometimes I purchase household items there when I just need a few things and don't feel like going to Target or Publix. Elizabeth at the front register is one of the nicest people I have ever encountered working a register. She knows which items you have that might be on sale and looks them up in the ad for you in no time flat. This is my only drugstore. They also have one or two Redbox units outside so I can get my medicine, some movies, and the popcorn to go with them. The drive-through isn't blazingly fast but when it comes to my medicine, I'd rather them take their time than to make a mistake. They are very good at their jobs.
