“I was going to give a bad rating, but another vet made me change my mind. I will not post names of the vets. I just want to say just because someone is of different race does not mean they all treat there pets any different, some may but my pet is like family. So please treat all of your patients pets like they are your own. My pet was attacked by another dog, she was not cared for in the correct way the first time. She got infection due to bad care. I had to pay for the same procedure all over again, but they worked with us. The second vet was awesome. The stitches was perfect and no bleeding. My dog is doing great. Thank you”

“Osborne Animal Clinic has walk-in appointments. I live around the corner from Red Barn, but after they were unable to service my pet, we looked elsewhere. Osborne's is worth the 40 minute drive for us because our pets are treated within 15 minutes. Prices are fair, and besides the front clerk (who ignored me my first time in and left me standing, yet handed the sign-in to the person who came in after me), the staff and doctors are wonderful.”

She handled such a seriously painful situation so kindly and humanly, that it eased our heartache to the extent that any kindness can in a situation like that. I think back on her words and actions that day with profound gratitude. It was a light in extreme darkness, and all I can feel is thankful. The hospital is blessed to have her, as were we on that terrible day.”
