Delivery person needs to be more concer about costumer packages, throwing them not knowing what's inside and leaving them outside on the sidewalk where anyone can pick it up. People with storm doors put the packages inside door. Knock or ring door bell. Costumers has paid money for the packages you don't have no concern in the world about. Just throw them and go. This is ridiculous. Do better.

Shipped custom plaques for a little league client, and they swapped the labels so the little league received a dewalt saw instead. Thanks for a lost business client and 12 very disappointed little boys. This is unacceptable.

I went Tuesday night to pick up a package I had delivered there since UPS keeps losing or deli9my package to the wrong address. The person found my package and said there is a hold on it. She called the manager over and asked why. The mger said I had to pay $5 for my package that the shipper had already paid for. I asked why since the last 2 months I didn't have to pay anything. The mger said pay $5 or we will send it back to the shipper. It was my prescription. I paid the $5. The mger is the rudest person i have have ever met. She sucks at customer service. i.will contact the pharmacy next month and have them ship it FedEx. So I dont have to deal with that level of incompetence of a manager again.
