Good guys went to buy a planter and the smug a hole I got it from didn’t have a way to load it correctly after he said he did so I had to call them for a Saturday afternoon told
Me a price over the phone and stuck to there word and helped me loaded it right and helped me band my load and I was on my way would recommend them any day and one there one of the few companies in the area that does not sound or act like there stuck in the 1950s !

We have an extended warranty on our car and was told to bring it to Quality for repair because they honor the warranty. After keeping the car for a month and after several phone calls and visits, we were told they didn’t want to honor the warranty. A MONTH. 10/10 would not recommend this business.

Please be aware of this company!!! Had my car towed and was out of town and knew I would be for a few days and was more then happy to do business with this company and even let it stay and pay the fees it would cost but the 450$ processing fee on top of the tow and other fees is beyond ridiculous I’ve called several other companies and this is the only company in Decatur that does this and has this ridiculous fee.. I will make sure I go on every local What’s Happening in Decatur and surrounding areas to let them know about this fee so everyone saves money and uses a legit and honest company

My 17 year old son blew a tire this morning on the interstate. Before I could get to him Dima had already stopped to help him. He was able to patch it on the interstate and fill it back up with air. He did not charge me for helping him. We were so grateful he was able to patch it temporarily without using the spare.

My semi truck had a minor issue and the police required it to be towed off the roadway. I asked the driver to take my truck and trailer to a local mechanic. He said it was a dirt road and he didn't want to tow it there. He then offered to do the repairs at his yard. Once we realized his shop couldn't do the minor repair same day, we agreed to tow the truck to the first mechanic.The driver stated the fee was a $1,000 and he couldn't give me a break because he was contacted by the police.He said IF he needed to drop my trailer and deliver the truck and trailer separately he would charge me more. We both agreed and he delivered my truck and trailer. Then his company calls to charge me $1,450.I simply called the driver to ask why I'm being charged so much when the only price quoted was $1,000. The driver was unnecessarily rude and stated he should have charged me more. He said he did not need to drop my trailer but it was a difficult road and he was in the middle of the roadway when quoting me so he didn't mention the higher price.After yelling at me for questioning him he agreed to $1350 and hung up on me.Everyone has to earn a living, but these types of unethical practices are unfair and hurt other hard working individuals like myself.Beware of this company!

Called for a tow after my water pump failed on June 30th. Driver, so sorry can’t remember his name, responded within about 15 minutes. Nice clean equipment. Great attitude and personality. Took care of my truck and brought it to the local Ford dealership then dropped me off at hotel down the road. Thank you.Service: Car towing

Love themI forgot the trucker name who came and towed my suv after hitting a coyote. He was to the first to answer after me calling down the tow truck list on google..to be 24hr those other companies didn't answer but he did. He was there within 20min and was very nice. Thank you again.

We got our truck and camper severely stuck on mud in the middle of the night. They were prompt in getting to us, and were able to get us out safely with 2 babies. I was passing through AL on a vacation when my car broke down. Alex and James were sent out to assist. They arrived quickly. The compassion and dedication they had to complete the job as quickly as possible will forever be unmatched. They were amazing.
