Unbelievable professional high end designers who could be high and mighty due to design credentials and awards But in reality Most down to earth lovely start Also very effectively thanked spouse for military service and they are dog lovers They even have a dog warranty for those of us that have dogs Moreover as I'm disabled Enrique Dan and Rebecca not only accommodated my disability but brought couches to the main floor level. Looking for reclining couch and Theodore Alexander and great mattress and recliner chair This store is disability friendly Lovely people and kudos for great team work How people could not give five stars to have this type of store in the community are wrong I only shop here bc this is LONG LASTING BEST FURNITURE AND GREAT PRICES THANKS TO DAN ANDREBECCA MSKE SURE TO MEET YHEM AND ENRIQUE AND you can comfortably say your finances without discomfort They understand and will work with you

Townhouse was a great location for high quality service. We purchased Thomasville and leathercraft wingbacks that developed issues under warranty. Staff did not resolve the issues. Never again, wish the old staff were back.

Kudos to the staff and sales personnel at Townhouse Galleries in Decatur. I had problems with a recliner that I had purchased earlier in the year dealing with several delivery delays and various other issues that made the recliner unsatisfactory to me once finally delivered. Thanks to Tim and Penny for listening to my complaints and for taking the necessary action to make sure I received a full refund. I really appreciate their customer service in a time when good service is hard to find. I will shop here again.

The receptionist couldn't even find a sales person to help us, they obviously weren't trying to make any money that day we went. We had cash and ready to buy. Seemed snooty. Never going back.

My family and I have purchased several pieces from Townhouse Galleries in Decatur over the years. Their furniture is the finest available in north Alabama. The quality is far superior to anything offered from other retailers. Their selection is great, and they are more than willing to order something to your specifications. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable, as well.
