First visit a few months ago was great, quick, educational and communcative
Today walked in and all workers out in garage, never came in to acknowledge me, let me have an idea of assistance time. I left and drive just half mile to a competitor and was taken care of immediately. New customer now half mile away.
Competition are abundant, personal experience is the utmost focus if you want to have GROWTH mindset.

They don’t follow through with what they tell you. Brought 4 vehicles here and had issues with 3 of them. They don’t program things when they’re supposed to even with notes on the files. They didn’t make the notes on file for warranty they said they were and we did EXACTLY what we were instructed. Now they won’t stand by it.
I’ll be going elsewhere.

This was my first & last time come here! I came in my a wheel alignment & 2 front tires. I waited 3 hours! When they claimed they were done I got in my car and the steering wheel wasn’t adjusted. So I came right back and told them, they basically said I can either have my wheel or steering wheel will be straight. Now I have been waiting for 1 and the half hours now for them to try and get my steering wheel adjusted. & it’s still not right! 0/10 would never recommend!

Josh is great and does a fine job of juggling a short-staffed crew. Honest opinion on what's needed for my vehicles and didn't unnecessarily upsell.

I called and asked about prices, was quoted $100 per tire plus installation. I asked how much for 4 with the installation, was quoted $459. With taxes that should be $500.31. Plus about $23 for disposal and state fee. I was charged $619. Installation was charged at $139.96. Not the $59 that the manager quoted. They lie to get you in the door, make you wait til after service to pay so you can't refuse service. First and last time I will use them.

Stopped in to get my oil changed and tires rotated, they have a $79 dollar special. I had a screw in a tire before I left home so I took it out and put in a plug so I could get to my cancer treatment. I have stage 3 cancer. When they brought my truck out the bill was $170 dollars and they didn't fix my tire or rotate them. They didn't even air up the low tire. So if your wanting a good rip off with all kinds of excuses about why they don't want to service their ex customer, by all means go here !

This was a great experience. I came in right before closing time with tire trouble, and Jeremy Roberts treated me with the best customer service I could ever ask for, hands down will be back again if I ever need a tire or have tire trouble. Excellent establishment.
