Had my car towed after a wrecked by them , dispatch gave me info on where car went, i called n they said car was not picked up by them. I kept asking same crap. I went n person n told me same. I asked to walk yard n looked myself "cant its policy" i said cool ill call police n get officer that worked scene to come out here they finally said oh its there. I said cool I'll get my wrecker to get it out n bring it home they said no they have to tow it out. N k have to pay.... They tow it out n parts from my trunk where took out my shifter was uninstall they said they didn't touch it along w other parts wouldn't make it right 10/10 do not recommend damn scam artist w heavy attitude

Shady operation that shouldn't be on wreck rotation at all. They went into my truck and took a pistol inside of their office and said nothing about it until I asked where my damn pistol was. The lady was rude too. I hope this "junkyard" goes under

This wrecker service was called by the HWY Patrol to tow my rig 30 miles from Falkville AL to their yard in Decatur after being hit by a 4 wheeler and rendering my rig out of commission..
They charged me $1900 for a 30 mile tow...
Claiming the Hwy patrol sets the rate..
Spoke to the owner himself about cutting me a little Slack since I needed it towed out of there to my body shop in Weedowee...
He had zero compassion for my situation and charged me an additional 5% to use my credit card...
Total rip off on the 5% and price of the tow..
DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO TOW YOU UNLESS YOU HAVE DEEP POCKETS...

Will not allow lienholders or insurance adjusters to even see vehicles without paying towing and storage fees.

I was at Ted's Wrecker service to repair someone's RV that Ted's towed. I was told they needed it fixed quickly, they were being charged 100.00 a day for the RV to be parked there.

Semi broke down in Decatur al. Cops were aholes but Shane from Ted's towing was absolutely straight up great guy! Towed my truck,delivered my load nearby for a reasonable price and made sure I got to a hotel....great service in my book....

I had Ted's Towing take my Tiffin motorhome from my home in South Huntsville to the Freightliner service center in Madison after discovering a coolant leak. I did not want to try to drive the coach there to prevent any further damage. The truck showed up with Ted (I was told) and a very capable young woman. They handled the hook-up and disconnecting the drive shaft on my coach very professionally. When I went to Velocity truck center the next morning, everything appeared perfect. They even re-connected the drive shaft before they left. A job very well done! Kudos!

I wouldn't recommend this tow service and car storage to my worst enemy...my God, they charge you a second mortgage to store a car in a 10x5 ft square of dirt and add $250 in "accrued fees" on top of that, then only make it payable in cash. None of this do they tell you when you drop the car off.

I had my motorhome break-down in my driveway and needed to tow it to the Freightliner service center in Madison. Called my roadside assistance through State Farm call Ted's. They showed up in a timely manner and did a fantastic job hooking my coach up and prepped it for towing. This included crawling underneath to disconnect the drive shift. The young woman who did this was a real pro! They took great care during the entire evolution and I went to Velocity the next morning and everything looked perfect! They even reconnected the drive shift before they left. My hat is off to these two hardworking folks for a job well done!

Can't pay with a card or check and they were extremely rude about it. Cash only and it was almost $1000 to store a wrecked vehicle for a few weeks. Ridiculous highway robbery.

My cousin went to jail for an unpaid fine. Had they asked my grandmother would never have chosen this wrecker service! She called to get her house keys and other car keys and they tried to charge her 75 dollars to even walk out and tell her if they were in the car! Ridiculous customer service, horrible attitudes, and no compassion what so ever! Please call anyone else to tow your cars!

I've had 2 separate breakdowns within a week, one in Cullman and one in Cortland Alabama. Both times I had Timmy as the service tech. Both times he was very quick and had me on my way in great time. Would definitely recommend him if broken down in the area.
