The gals in the print department were so extremely sweet and helpful. Emily was incredible and made our experience so great. Makhyla was also super sweet and helped us cut our flyers for our grand opening event. They were both amazing and deserve raises. Their patience and helping hand was so appreciated. Thank you both!!

Wow just poor customer service, had my 2 and 8 yr old with me while printing off 50 pages of copies that I already had emailed to me and ready to print their copy machine was acting alittle slow and was waiting for it to process my 2yr old was playing with my 8yr old lady working there was absolutely rude and said something completely uncalled for!!! I kindly told her that she didnt have to be rude. Wont be back!!!

Went in today to buy a office desk and chair. We were not greeted at all. We made our way back to the area where the desks are. I only saw one employee on the floor. She just looked at me and kept walking, looked at a sticker on a product on a nearby isle, looked again and walked off. I found a desk and chair I wanted, but there were no employees in site. We ended up leaving with out buying anything. Ill find somewhere else.

absolutely disgusted how manager treats employees especially in front of customers and imagine how she’d act when customers are not present. absolutely rude for no reason , 10/10 service from the lady who was assisting me and my mom she was very sweet. Managers manners absolutely ruined my day

When I tell you! Staples copy center will not hear from me again,2 men were taking everyone’s else’s orders even though I was first.I could understand the people who already had appointments butI was standing there for 30 minutes and the man had theAudacity to tell me to be patient! And to stay calm!

Have never been a huge fan of Staples until today. My husband and I went to the Decatur location to take advantage of an offer for free laptop computer tune ups. We may have come in for the freebies but we left as solid customers because of the friendly staff and the excellent customer service. We will definitely be giving them our future business.
