Really LOVE this place! Marie, Ann, and Roger were WONDERFUL. Such kind down to earth people and really great deals on furniture! Very happy we came in here it was our one and ONLY place we looked at. We felt so comfortable with the people who work there and the deals we didn’t feel the need to look anywhere else. I ordered a cat nap couch with two recliners, love seat with two recliners, and a recliner chair to match all ! I’ve had it about three years. The first year I called and called about our recliner chair being broke. They had someone to come out to repair it but it didn’t last but a few weeks. I’ve called them back but can’t get knowone to come back out to fix it . Now every one of my recliners are broke . My husband called them today and they suppose to call him back . The thing is it supposed to be a lifetime warnatee . But it really isn’t if you can’t get anyone to repaired it . If I had it to do over I’d by my stuff at big lots it seems like there stuff is built better . I’m not ever going to buy anything else from a store like this . They won’t stand behind their products!

Great prices on mattresses. They have several selections to choose from. Went back and forth several times before I made my decision. Ann Smith is great. She was patient and helped me with my purchase. They delivered my mattress and box springs the next day. I had an issue with the box spring being broken once I took it out the plastic the next day so I called and spoke to Ann and she was able to get another box spring delivered to me that same day. The delivery guys were nice enough to help me with my frame and put it together for me even though its not in there job description. Overall I had a great experience. Thank you Southern Style!

To bad you can't leave a "0" star rating. Ordered furniture last year 2021 paid cash received my new couch and loveseat. Love seat recieved was broken ... have called for months it is now March 2022 still getting the run around.

Wish it would let you leave Zero Stars!!!! Horrible customer service!!! The manager says she will call back and she doesn’t. When the measurement isn’t what it should be the manager says “She isn’t your decorator “!! The fireplace insert that was ordered (we ask her the measurements- we verified would fit) what came in WAY TOO big and they have to re-order another one! When the techs came out to assemble the entertainment center- they put it together with part of it BACKW

I need the corporate phone number. We have been patient since 11-17-2021. Still getting the run around. Enough is enough we only have the Sofa. We ordered Sofa, Recliner and Loveseat which we knew the loveseat was on backorder paid cash for everything but loveseat. Sofa and Recliner was to be delivered together Of course when time to deliver we got the run around about it to this day we still don't have Recliner or loveseat...Not to mention we order a Kitchen set got it was all broke up they had to replace all the chairs and bar stools again we have been patient with them. Our experience with Southern has been awful and no I don't Recommend anyone to use them. Very Poor Management no communication unless you call and check on your stuff... Very Bad experience to be a business... same day of posting review to Facebook we got a call back to schedule to get refund on Recliner. Still have sofa no matching set and we pray we can find loveseat and Recliner with another company. Again we was patient for 8 months with little to no communication just wasted time and we have a sofa with no pieces.

I witnessed this store sell defective furniture to a senior citizen on a fixed income, refuse to refund all the money, and then want to take it back immediately and make the senior wait 2 weeks or better for her refund minus 15 percent restocking fee on a couch they know they cant resell. If this is how they do business, thats sad and disturbing. If this is representation of Alabama business...Im so glad to have no dealings with this state.
