Update: this business made things right after a formal complaint was made.
Original post: DO NOT buy parts or supplies from this dealership. I’ve tried for almost two weeks to reach someone in the internet parts department. You leave a voicemail, and get ZERO response. I paid for my order, never received any notification of shipment. This dealer is a FRAUD, and no one will answer the phone.
After GM’s response:
Your response was sent AFTER I had contacted your business on four different occasions, and left voicemails, with no response back at all. I appreciate that you want to play the proactive and responsive “game” at this point, but honestly, all it came down to was simple adult communication from employees of your business. Don’t dare put it on “logistics” when you folks can’t even send a simple email or make a phone call until it blows up in your face.
