From out of town and was in the area.
My older dog loves, going to Petco and feeling welcomed inside the store, meeting strangers.
I also have a brand new puppy and I stopped by to get her some new toys today.

Decatur store needs staffing ( it’s not the staffs fault)

I have never had a problem with petco until today. The employees are always great. I was very disappointed in the bearded dragons and other lizards tanks. Them having carpet in the tanks is so bad for them. One actually had its little claw caught in the carpet. I had a young lady help it. There was poop everywhere in the tanks and flies everywhere in the store including in the birds cages.

They have cleaned up so much. All the aquariums are cleaned up. I really enjoy coming to this store.

Multiple times at this location have the tanks not been cared for including fish, lizards, etc. Employee training is important. Saying well it is cleaning day is unacceptable. A pet store who does not take care of their own animals won't get business from me for my animals. If you don't care about the ones in your possession who sure don't care what happen to mine.

Was at Petco Vet department id Decatur, AL yesterday. Talked to Traci Etheredge. She was very helpful and nice. We have had the same vet for years, but are thingking of moving our dogs to the Petco Vet. Seemed caring about the pets.
