Tye helped us with our battery issues. He worked very hard to make sure it was not the alternator instead. Very nice man and very helpful.

O'Reilly Auto Part on the Beltline, TYE is amazing!!! Not only did he have the usual costumer service expected, but he went beyond. He noticed a few things wrong that was located beside the battery and just fixed them, while helping me with the battery. If you go to the store on the Beltline, ask for Tye. Oh, and he is polite.

O'Reilly's AutoParts is and can be a wonderful place to work for and at if your willing to put in the work they have a very helpful staff that is there to help you learn anything about the AutoParts business that you need and want to know no matter what age they are you can still learn from the young people there to. As long as you have a open mind you can learn a lot from the staff there. O'Reilly's AutoParts has really starting to give me the pay and freedom to really be able to provide and take care of my family. The atmosphere there is none like any other parts store you will ever go to because even if they don't know you they still make you feel like you're part of the O'Reilly's AutoParts family!!!!!!!!!!

Majority of the time they have to punch you need on and sometimes they need to be ordered most of the time unfortunately you have to wait to be helped but when helped the staff is helpful

My power window button broke with the window down... Not only did they have the part I needed, but their employee Slaughter went above and beyond in making sure I had the correct part and he installed it! Great customer service!
