OK Tire has taken care of my car on multiple occasions and every time I have been more than pleased. They are kind, patient, and thorough and, as someone who is not car savvy, I trust that they are doing the best thing for me and my car.
I took my car in today because my service light was on and the car said I needed brake fluid. After dropping it off, I got a call a bit later and they told me that my fluid levels were good, as were my brake pads. The service light was merely an automatic reminder based on mileage. When I went to pick it up, 3 things happened.
1. They greeted me by name and talked about meeting my wife (by name) the week before when she dropped off my car for a tire patch.
2. They didn’t charge me a dime. Not one single dime. Not even for investigating.
3. When I got in my car, I realized they reset my service light (which is a pain in a bmw). That means that someone sat outside in this heat advisory weather and spent time resetting my computer for NO money.
Y’all. It doesn’t get better than this! I could cry for the generosity and care they show. Go to OK Tire when you need your car tended to.

I called and asked for tire prices and they were patient and up front with pricing, giving me the out the door price. For a Saturday, it was done really quick and they even checked my squeaky brake for me without even charging.
100% will come back!

I definitely recommend Ok Tire & Service for excellent tire service and also for customer service. I just like a service when you feeling like there will go the extra mileage to make things right. Thanks for all this years…. Ok Tire a well established family operation in town of Decatur, Alabama.

Would give zero stars if I could. They botched a simple alignment (I had to take it to the dealership to get it done right) and I had an item stolen out of my vehicle. And since this original review got a snarky response from the manager

I have been going here for nearly 20 years. They are always very honest. I got new tires this time and will be going back for a tire rotation, the best service and honest people there.

I purchased full set of tires with vehicle alignment on 7/2021 and with Road Haz/ Flat Repair 3yr. insurance coverage. As of 2023 visit for routine maintenance with tire inspection service for my visit every 3000 miles. I was told by Michael/ Service Mgr. I now needed new tires. My question was what happen with rotation and balancing every 3000 miles services, this was never discussed concerns for prior alignment before now as my tire advisor. Your inspections was trusted to give me proper service on tires as needed. But, now Mike advised me, I needed to save to buy new tires. I consider my business with this company wasn't honored as a customer with routine visits. It's a red flag about selling tires and being advised about other tire maintenance issues wasn't the service advisor concern. Without tire knowledge about maintenance. This OK Tire business wouldn't be good place to spend your hard earned money with.

Took my son's rim to be repaired. They sent the rim to We Fix It in Huntsville. When we went to pick up the repaired rim for my son the rim was completely destroyed(The rim was burned badly by their torch). My son has a terrible CANCER and just wanted his rim fixed. They wouldn't do anything for us. Told us just to use chrome paint to cover the mark up. Terrible customer service and a horrible business. Stay away!!!

I am not leaving a one star for the single fact that the people on the desk are polite and friendly, but here are my issues with the place.One is that just 2 days ago I went in to get new tires and had the shop put them on yesterday. Now, when I went in to talk to the people at the desk and ask what they do when they put on the tires. I asked do they put on the tires, do a balance and a alignment and I was told yes. I discussed with the man a few other things and came in to have them put on as I mentioned earlier. Had the new tires put on and balanced but were not aligned. I asked and was told they do not do alignments when you purchase tires. So obviously I was upset. The man who verified that they do the alignment was not working that day and was told that they would get in contact with me tomorrow. They didn't call so I did. He was in and told me that he never did. I'm not going to argue on the phone so I hung up.Now, the second problem I had with this place was a few years ago. Probably with 4 years. What happened was when they reinstalled my tires they almost completely neglected my front passenger tire by not screwing in and tightening my lugs properly and I nearly ended in a wreck after only driving down to 14th street from the shop. All of my lugs came out except one and it was nearly falling off as well.I'd like to believe that the owner is the one looking at these but there really is not a way to know from my side but if you do read this thank you.There isn't really much you can do for my first problem due to it simply being if your workers do not listen more clearly to what I'm saying instead of just going with what I say. The second problem should never happen to anyone and I hope your business never makes that mistake again.
