I went there because I noticed a tire related sound. They said I need new struts and tires I could understand that. Then I leave and there’s a whole new sound as soon as I drive off the lot. Went back and told them exactly where I hear the sound and they say it’s my paddles in my trunk. How? When they’ve never made a sound before. Tells me to drive 500-1000 miles to see if it goes away. Terrible advice so I go to an old co worker and we jack the car up and see the problem right away. The lower bolt is loose on my strut creating the sound. I went back and they said they made sure everything is tight when it’s not. They can’t find the problem when I can? They’re a place I would never recommend and will blow you off if it’s not about getting new tires.

Leaving town tomorrow for two weeks and making preparations and my truck computer shows low tire pressure. Stopped by two places who had 2+ hour waits to get my truck in. Carlos at the Decatur, AL NTB, pulled truck right in and he and team found loose tire stem. No charge and wished me a good trip. Thank you! I was encouraged by the service and professionalism.

I pulled in on a flat tire, distraught and disgusted. Justin and Cole immediately stopped what they were doing to assess my situation. They had me back on the road in no time. They were very knowledgeable and quite friendly all the while. I recommend everyone give them a look for all of your vehicle needs.
