I have to be truthful... They never filed for the death certificate .. We had to do it a month later. I call to pay in to ensure payments are being paid. I've sent in paperwork several times to become owner of a policy in Feb.. it's June. Save your time and money. Seriously.

They were really nice and helped me figure out info and file a claim on a policy taken out over 80 years ago.
