Go to any other company of car washes. It’s 29.99 a month for “premium unlimited washes “ what you get are the $7 washes. I’ve had to go through as much as 3 times to get stuff off my car. The employees choose who they provide the premium service before the tunnel wash to. I have used locations in 3 different counties and it’s the same at all of them. It does no good to ask for anything because they all have ear buds and don’t make eye contact. I rolled the window down and the girl turned and walked inside.

I do not recommend using Mister Car Wash. I took my truck their today for a wash. The machine ripped my left taillight off and broke the tabs that hold it on. The manager refused to replace my taillight. Claimed it was loose going into the wash, I looked at the film and everything appeared normal. I canceled both of my accounts there. I'm out 50$ and they're out 2 customers ($50 monthly) and as many people as I can tell. The car wash was cheaper and much better with the previous owner. There's plenty of other car washes in Decatur that I'm sure will appreciate my business. Oh and their getting one star because you can't give ZERO.

Hi I came there the other day and the car wash broke my antenna off of my new car. Smh. I have tried to call to see if you all have it, but no one has answered.

I travel for work in my personal vehicle and have a Mister Car wash membership. This location BY FAR has the best service out of all the locations I have been to in Middle Tennessee and Alabama. Even 30 minutes before close, attendants are there and spraying and scrubbing the front and windshield, something that doesn't even happen every time at each location. Outstanding job to those on duty the night of 05 October 22

A quality car wash with low wait times, clean facility and functioning equipment. The best option is to join one of their monthly clubs. One miss is they hardly ever spray or scrub the front of your vehicle properly as you are entering the car wash tunnel.

Worst customer service experience I have ever received. The manager Peyton was rude and would not start the car wash after I asked him to direct me on to the track. This person should not be in charge nor should he dea l with any customers. He claim to cancel my membership. Please train your staff better or you will be losing a lot of customer's

Great customer service here! The rubber mat water was not working at the moment and the attendant offered to power wash my mats. Love the free vacuums as well.

Only 1 star because the workers were nice!But the car wash its self is utterly unacceptable for 30$ You would Expect something decent but this car wash scratched up my car didn’t even clean it, if I’m being honest I could’ve done a better job with a rag and water

I love that I can pull up and get a wash. But I paid for the premium wash service and the employees rarely actually do anything to my car before I enter the tunnel. Kinda feels like I should just be paying for the basic subscription for the service you get there.

Usually can get in and out quick, but the car is never that clean. Always bugs still on the front end, their tire shine absolutely sucks, and they usually act whiny if you tell them you don’t want tire shine. I wouldn’t recommend this place to get your car CLEAN, but it’ll definitely get you by until you can do a good thorough hand wash done.

This is a great car wash. I love the unlimited membership, gives you unlimited car washes and vacuuming for a monthly fee. The fee is very reasonable and pays for itself in two car washes compared to other pay per wash places. I have gotten my car washed, then it rained and was able to go back and get another car was on the same day! The vacuums are very powerful and they have a floor mat cleaner machine. The place os always clean, the staff smiles and it seems to be maintained well. I would definitely recommend.

The last two trips here reminded me why I cancelled my membership. Place is garbage. Quality of wash is poor. Water smells foul. And twice in a row now the system shut down halfway through. Going back to spending the money on a hand detail where my truck is actually clean and doesn’t get scratched.
